This website is operated by PEPHUB online store, which is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Order records: products, quantities, amounts, order status, and the communication history about it.
  • Account details if you create an account: your email and password (stored encrypted).
  • Correspondence: anything you send us via WhatsApp, email, or the website's forms.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, traffic source, and the cookies described below.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Fulfilling your order: confirming it with you, preparing it, delivering it, and collecting payment on delivery.
  • Customer service and handling your enquiries, exchange and return requests.
  • Meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

Age

This website is intended only for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we become aware of it, we delete the data immediately.
