Research use policy

All PEPHUB products are research materials for laboratory use only. This policy sets out permitted use, prohibited uses, and the buyer's obligations.

Permitted use

The products are sold exclusively for in vitro scientific research, in a suitable laboratory setting, by people qualified to handle chemical and biological materials.

Prohibited uses

• Any human or veterinary use, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, or application to the skin.
• Use in diagnosing, treating, or preventing any disease.
• Adding them to food, supplements, cosmetics, or any consumer product.
• Reselling or supplying them to anyone for non-research use.

Buyer's declarations

By completing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are buying the products for laboratory research only, that you will handle, store, and dispose of them in line with the regulations and accepted laboratory safety practices, and that you are responsible for any use that breaches this policy.

Published information

Information on product pages, guides, and the lab calculator is provided for scientific and reference purposes only. It does not include any directions for human use and is not medical advice. We make no claims about the effects of the products on humans or animals.

Certificates of Analysis

We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every product, including the batch details and test results. A certificate applies only to the batch stated on it.

Our right to refuse orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, or stop dealing with any customer, if we suspect the products will be used in breach of this policy, and we will refund any amount paid.
