Shipping & delivery
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
The delivery fee for your area is shown at checkout. Orders arrive within 1–2 business days across the UAE once confirmed.
Do you deliver on Fridays?
There is no Friday delivery to Al Gharbia (Al Dhafra).
Do you deliver to other GCC countries?
We currently deliver within the UAE only. We'll announce delivery to the rest of the GCC once it's available.
Where is my order, and how can I track it?
Use the “Track your order” page with your order number, or send us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll reply with its status.

Which payment methods are available?
Cash or transfer on delivery only, with no prepayment.
How is my order confirmed?
After you order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it before shipping, and then it ships right away.
Is there a discount when buying more than one product?
Yes. Choose 4 different products and a 15% discount is applied automatically in the cart.

How should Vials be stored?
Keep them sealed in a cool, dry place away from light, following the storage guidance on each product page.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis?
On each product page, and in the “COA Library”, where you can search by product name or batch number.

Some products need bacteriostatic water for laboratory reconstitution. The product page says so and suggests the right water.
Research & support
Are the products for human use?
No. All products are intended for laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do you give advice on dosing or how to use the products?
No. We supply products and Certificates of Analysis for laboratory research only, and we give no guidance on use or dosing. The Lab Calculator is for laboratory reconstitution calculations only.
